According to the tree species, wood can be divided into two categories: coniferous and broadleaf.<\/b><\/span><\/p>

(1) Conifers
<\/b>Conifers are mostly evergreen trees with slender leaves like needles, straight and tall trunks, smooth texture, uniform material,soft and easy processing, so they are also called soft wood. Although the material of coniferous trees is soft, it has high strength,small dry and wet deformation, and strong corrosion resistance. (2) Broad-leaved trees
<\/b>Broad-leaved trees are mostly deciduous trees, with wide leaves, reticular veins, curved trunks, and short straight parts. The material is heavy and hard, and difficult to process, so it is also called hardwood. Broad-leaved trees have high apparent density,high strength, large dry-wet deformation, and are easy to crack and warp. They are suitable for small-sized wood components. Common valve-leaf tree species are ash, birch, beech, oak, elm and so on.
